Returns
We want you to feel exceptional in your jewellery! However, if you need to return it for any reason, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase. We will refund the full amount of your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear.

Care & Cleaning
The cleaning and care of gold jewellery is important, regardless of whether it is solid or plated jewellery. However, plated gold jewellery requires even more attention, as the layer of gold that adheres to the metal base is thinner than that of solid gold jewellery.
Here are some tips on how to make your gold-plated jewellery last as long as possible:
- Keep your gold-plated jewellery in a safe place. When you are not wearing your jewellery, you should store it in a jewellery box or a jewellery chest to prevent dust and dirt from accumulating and attacking the gold.
- Avoid contact with make-up, perfume or cologne, sunscreens, moisturisers, soap, detergents and any other chemicals you come into contact with on a daily basis. These chemicals can react with the gold plating and cause it to break down more quickly.
- Do not wear your gold-plated chains on the beach or in the swimming pool.
- Always clean your gold-plated jewellery. To keep your jewellery in top condition, you should clean each piece once a week with soap and warm water. Then once a month we recommend a deep clean, where you leave your jewellery in the solution for longer than usual and use a toothbrush to scrub hard to reach areas. Don’t forget to wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth to prevent damage.
Delivery
After we have completed your order, we will dispatch it within 2 working days. It will be delivered to you by courier within 1-2 working days. Payment for the products is made in advance.
